SHIPPING TIME

We provide free shipping to all countries available. You will receive a tracking code in your email when your order has been shipped out from one of our warehouses worldwide. The warehouse country depends on your location.

Please rest assured, taxes and duties are already covered and paid by NEW STATEMENT. During peak times fulfilling orders can take a couple days. The estimated delivery time:

RETURNS / SWAP ITEM(S)

It is possible to return your item(s) within 14 days of receiving them. If you would like to swap your item we ask you to return the product and place a new order.

Items can be returned if the product matches the product on our store. They must be returned in original conditions, unused and undamaged. We reserve the right to decline any returns if it does not match our return policy.

A return must be shipped with Track & Trace. The sender is always responsible for the shipment and shipment costs.

How to return?

Notify us at support@new-statement.com to get the return address
Print your order confirmation or write your order number on a paper and add it
Send with your local carrier to our return address.

Our return address is located in The Netherlands.


CANCELLING ORDER / WRONG ADDRESS

Orders can only be cancelled or changed within 5 hours of ordering. We cannot extend this due to the automatic processing with our supplier. Pleas send an email as soon as possible to support@new-statement.com.
